Named for the giant wood bear that stands guard outside this charming chalet, our Grizzly home is neither ferocious nor frightening! Offering 5 bedrooms and 3 baths, up to 11 guests can stay here comfortably, giving their Pocono getaway that something extra we all hope to find in a vacation home. Located just a short distance from the beach at Lake Harmony, the lake lifestyle vibe is strong, and every day of your stay will be filled with happy adventures you won’t want to end! This property is DOG FRIENDLY.
At Home with Pocono Mountain Rentals
Featuring soaring ceilings and a wall of windows that offers no obstruction to the beautiful views of the outdoors, our Grizzly home is a little smaller than most of the properties we offer, making it perfect for smaller families. An open floor plan allows whoever is cooking to feel as if they are a part of the fun while they prep a meal in the spacious kitchen filled with updated appliances and custom cabinetry topped with cool granite countertops. The dining area serves multiple purposes, allowing families and friends to come together to play games, build puzzles, or, of course, enjoy a family feast; the breakfast bar that is located just steps away from the table allows for overflow seating for 2 more guests. A game area located behind the living room comes equipped with a full-sized pool table, a card table that seats five, and the ability to watch television over the back of the sofa. Grab a seat and your laptop and check your favorite social network site in here as well; free Wi-Fi allows you to save your data! In the living room, a stone fireplace and state of the art television give the space a friendly feeling. This is the space where everyone will want to gather each day. The bedrooms, on the other hand, are quiet spaces where everyone will want to retreat to at the end of every day. Pet Policy:
Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
