We hope to never grow too old to appreciate the simple beauty of a tree house in the sky, and if you are kindred spirits, our Skye View home is the perfect adult alternative to the rustic ones of your youth! Offering seven tranquil and serene bedrooms, four spacious and spa like baths, and the ability for up to 22 guests to enjoy the best night’s sleep of their lives here, your Poconos adventures will be even more exciting when Skye View is your home base!
The More the Merrier
As you begin your travels with your large group of friends and family, you may be a little unsure as to what you should expect from this Pennsylvania adventure. 22 people offering 22 separate personalities can be a recipe for disaster in normal vacation homes, but not in our Skye View upscale treehouse! The open concept kitchen is large enough for multiple cooks to work together, meaning chores will be shared, and the dining areas are built to hold the entire gang. From the oversized dining table that seats 10 in front of its own fireplace to the overflow seating at the breakfast bar that offers space for three and the two super-sized picnic tables and one round wood patio table on the decks, there’s a place for everyone to sit and enjoy their meal.
The living areas, however, are where this treehouse in the sky shines, offering two separate dedicated rooms with stone fireplaces and Smart televisions hanging over the mantels, it’s the third seating area in the game room that often tends to be the most popular spot in the house! The game room’s red felt-topped regulation-sized pool table shares space with another sofa, loveseat, and Smart tv; hook up your game console to the big screen and step into a fantasy world so bright and brilliant it almost compares to the real-life beauty of the landscape outside your Skye View property! Speaking of the outside, the large deck that surrounds more than half the house features more seating spaces, a barbecue grill, and the feeling that you are living up in the trees! Sit in one of the Adirondack chairs with a glass of wine in hand, feeling country breezes kiss your cheeks, or head down to the lower deck for a soak in the hot tub located behind a privacy screen.
When night falls and your eyes grow heavy, slipping between silky soft sheets in our tranquil bedrooms is another simple luxury you will grow to love, and as you compare it to the thin sleeping bags and hard floors of your childhood, you’ll realize that growing up isn’t so bad!
