This property is DOG FRIENDLY.
At Home with Pocono Mountain Rentals
Although each property we offer is decorated in its own unique style, a common trait they all share is a sense of home, and our charming Black Bear property is no exception. Walk into a space that is warm and welcoming, explore an eat-in kitchen that is the heart of the home, offering an open space that is roomy enough for more than one chef to work together at the same time. Reminiscent of the kitchen you remember your grandmother ruling long ago, the table you and your traveling companions will gather at to eat, play games, or perhaps use as a temporary office is conveniently located within the boundaries of the kitchen.The public living areas feature two stone fireplaces and plush furnishings that invite you to sink in and stay a while; state of the art televisions hanging over the fireplace give you the perfect excuse to sit longer than originally planned. In the bedrooms, a quiet décor and super soft beds give our guests some of the best night’s sleep of their lives and if you’re trying to do the math and figure out how 16 people can sleep in 5 bedrooms comfortably, a loft with a twin daybed and rollout trundle should help answer your question!

Not every day of your stay will be spent exploring the rugged beauty of the Pennsylvania countryside; some days will be spent right here, playing video games on our 59-in-1 multi-cade game system, showing off your mad skills on our full-size pool table, or in the summer, enjoying the cool of our community pool! Also offering a hot tub tucked away under the upper deck, a barbecue grill, and a picnic table for summer dining, our vacation escapes are destined to be an integral part of your vacation experience! Pet Policy:
Renter is permitted up to 2 dogs, any size. Dog (s) must be disclosed up front at the time of inquiry/booking. Dog (s) must be housebroken and must be friendly with other dogs and people. A non-refundable fee of $200 will be due at the time of booking. If we receive complaints of barking/disturbance Pocono Mountain Rentals reserves the right to ask you to remove the dog (s) immediately. Undeclared dogs will be charged $500 and you will be required to vacate the property. Dog (s) MUST be confined to the rental property or on a leash. Dog handlers MUST clean up after their dog (s) on and off the rental property. Guests will be responsible for all damage caused by the pet. Damages caused by the pet will not be included in the damage waiver agreement. Please contact our office immediately after becoming aware of any damage caused by the pet. The pet owner takes full responsibility of all damages and/or injuries to others caused by the pet. By booking this property you are agreeing to the terms and fees associated with bringing an approved dog. We closely monitor all of our properties.
